  1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing our website, registering for our webinar, opting into our updates, or purchasing the Dollar Wealth Blueprint program, you enter into a legally binding contract and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using this site or accessing our course materials.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & USAGE LICENSING

All course materials, video lectures, downloadable templates, financial calculators, worksheets, frameworks, written emails, community content, and site graphics associated with the Dollar Wealth Blueprint are the sole intellectual property of WhizQueen (Bisola Tijani).

  • Limited License Grant: Upon successful payment, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational development.
  • Strictly Prohibited Uses: You may NOT copy, record, screen-capture, duplicate, resell, license, modify, distribute, upload to file-sharing sites, or share your portal login credentials with any third party. Any unauthorized sharing or piracy of course materials will result in immediate termination of account access without refund and may subject you to civil and criminal legal action under intellectual property laws.
  1. COURSE PRICING, PAYMENT TERMS & ACCESS
  • Promotional Pricing: The Dollar Wealth Blueprint is made available at a special promotional webinar fee of ₦50,000, which increases to the standard price of ₦100,000 upon the conclusion of the promotional deadline.
  • Lifetime Access Defined: “Lifetime Access” grants you ongoing access to the core course modules and included digital bonuses for as long as the Dollar Wealth Blueprint program is actively maintained by WhizQueen on its chosen platform host.
  • Account Monitoring: User accounts are actively monitored using IP-tracking security software. If system logs detect simultaneous logins from multiple geographic locations or devices, your account will be automatically flagged and suspended pending investigation.
  1. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT & GROUP RULES

Enrolment includes access to our private investor community (hosted on platforms like Skool, WhatsApp, or Telegram). To maintain a secure environment, all members must adhere to our Community Rules:

  • No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion: Posting affiliate links, promoting crypto schemes, recommending unverified forex platforms, or spamming members is strictly forbidden.
  • No Private Message (DM) Harassment: Sending unsolicited sales messages, financial pitches, or inappropriate private messages to other students is cause for immediate ban.
  • No Unlicensed Financial Advising: Members are encouraged to share their progress but must not give direct financial advice or collect funds from other members.

Violation of any community rule will result in permanent removal from the group without a refund.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhizQueen, Bisola Tijani, and its officers, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, financial losses, loss of profits, or trading losses resulting from your access to or inability to access the course, your reliance on information taught in the program, platform downtime, or your personal investment decisions.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WhizQueen and Bisola Tijani from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the course, or your personal investment activities.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be submitted to informal good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
